The Registration Fee Includes the Following Services:

• Participation in all scientific activities, access to the exhibition area, final program book, congress bag, abstract book, and certificate of attendance.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the prices listed above.
• A 10% late fee will be applied to any payments not made before the congress date or delayed, during the reconciliation process.
• Z Event Congress Services reserves the right to reflect any potential changes in taxes, duties, or fees to the prices.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Tourism Services.
• For cancellations made before August 1, 2025, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded after deducting 10% for bank charges.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 1, 2025.
• After August 1, 2025, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Accommodation Informations

The Accommodation Fee Includes the Following Services:

• The quoted rate is for 1-night stay and is offered per room, per night.
• Accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis; dinner is not included in the hotel offering.
• The rates include a 2% city tax; however, 10% VAT is excluded and will be added separately.
